Jay has been active in the commercial real estate business since 1997 as principal broker of Taylor & Company Properties. He is a 1994 graduate of North Carolina State University. With a background in both banking & construction, Jay has complete understanding of all aspects of a commercial real estate transaction & is uniquely prepared to serve client's needs. He holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member  (CCIM) designation & is a member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR) . He has experience in leasing, sales & development of office, flex, industrial & investment properties. Jay is also a licensed General Contractor in the State of North Carolina. His community involvement includes: Board of Directors for the Central Branch of the Capital Area YMCA , & Camp Sea Gull/Seafarer We Build People Campaign.
